Field Team

Trainers and Community Mobilizers: The field team comprises qualified and experienced trainers and community mobilizers.The field teams are involved in establishing direct contact with the women in the slum communities, mobilizing them, conducting the training programmes and follow-up.

Peer Educators: Many participants of SFA’s Financial Education Programme (FEP) demonstrate remarkable positive changes in their financial behaviour, thereby setting an example to other women in their community. Some of these women also demonstrate leadership qualities. These women are offered an opportunity to work with Swadhaar FinAccess as ‘Peer Educators’. Swadhaar FinAccess envisages that with further training and skill enhancement, the peer educators would eventually be able to take over the responsibility of conducting the financial training programme and the sale of insurance products in and around the communities to which they belong.
